You talk to the people doing the work
01There is no account layer between you and the designers. The person who draws the screen is the person in the call, which means fewer translations and far fewer surprises at the end of a sprint.

Founder, interface
Previously ten years across fintech and health. Draws most of the first screens.
Founder, brand
Type and identity. Ran a small foundry before this and still cuts letterforms.
Design engineer
Turns the prototypes into things that survive real data and slow networks.
Applied AI
Works on what a model shows while it thinks, and how it admits it is wrong.
Research
Sits with the people who will use the thing, then argues with us about it.
